Emergencies & After Hours
Call Triple Zero (000) or visit your nearest emergency department if you or someone is experiencing any of the following:
- Chest pain or tightness
- Uncontrollable bleeding
- Poisoning
- Numbness or paralysis
- Ongoing fever in infants
- Breathing difficulties
- Severe burns
- Unconsciousness or seizures
- A life-threatening injury
- Unresponsiveness
If you need urgent medical care when we’re closed, please visit your nearest emergency department.

A fee of $450.00 applies for this after-hours telephone service.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment. Out of consideration for other patients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
A $50 cancellation fee applies to repeated failures to cancel appointments.
