Update: Online appointments

Update: Online appointment bookings on or after December 22.

We are migrating to a new medical practice software. The change will take effect from Wednesday, December 8.  Presently, you can make appointments until Friday, December 22.

On December 8, you will be able to make appointments after December 22.

In the meantime, we apologise for any inconvenience.

About the new software

We are migrating to a medical practice software package called Best Practice. The software has been specifically created to improve efficiencies within our medical to maintain quality electronic patient records, transmit information securely, produce safe and legible prescriptions and better manage preventive health care protocols for patients.




In order to keep you, your family, the community and our staff & Doctors as safe as possible during this uncertain time, we are requesting that you book a TELEPHONE or TELEHEALTH consultation with your doctor. Following this initial consult, your doctor will advise you on whether you need a face-to-face visit to the practice. You can be reassured that we are putting great measures in place to ensure you are as safe as possible when visiting our practice.
